Nova Gymnastics Club (“we”) runs this website so parents can learn about our gymnastics classes in Karachi and book a class. This page explains, in plain language, what information we receive and what we do with it.

What you share when you book a class

When you fill in the booking form, we receive:

These details are emailed to the club and placed in a WhatsApp message for you to send to us. We use them only to reply to you, arrange classes and keep in touch about your child's training.

Visit statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

When you first open the site each day, the club also receives a short email with the page you opened, the website or link you came from, your type of device and browser, and your approximate city and country (worked out from your internet connection). It does not include your name, phone number, exact location or IP address.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information or use it for advertising. It passes only through the services that run this website: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivering booking emails), Google (our club email) and WhatsApp (when you message us).

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to look after your enquiry or your child's classes. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Photos and videos

Photos and videos on this site show our classes and events. If you would like a photo or video of your child removed, contact us and we will take it down.
